Our goal is to publish a magazine that contains as many local restaurant menus as possible so that it will be valued and used over and over. We believe that placing your ad in just one issue of Menu Magazine is like placing it in hundreds of newspaper issues!
We offer three ad size options: 1/4 page for $199.00 + Taxes, 1/2 page for $349 + Taxes and a full page for $599.00 + Taxes. If needed, we can design an ad for you for a flat rate of $99.00 + Taxes.
Distribution of our re-launch issue will begin on March 15th, 2010. A minimum of 10,000 copies will be distributed to Kwik Meal's customers throughout the Greater Sudbury area, as well as to hotels, colleges, universities, businesses, offices, hospitals and apartment buildings. An online version of Menu Magazine, in PDF format, will also contain ads and allow for virtually unlimited online viewing potential.
The deadline to submit your ad, or to request an ad be designed for you, is February 15th, 2010. If you create your own ad, please e-mail us the ad in a TIFF or JPEG format. Please note that the ad should be at the proper size and have a resolution of 300+ DPI. Please see the image above for exact dimensions.
To request an ad be designed, please send an e-mail to dmacisaac@menumag.com with your contact information and the information you would like to see in your ad. Also, if you have a logo or any graphics you would like included in your ad, please send them to us in a separate e-mail. We will let you know if we have any trouble using your graphics. You should receive a proof of your ad and a display advertising contract within 48 hours of your request, so please call 674-KWIK (5945) if you do not receive anything.
PLEASE NOTE: Your payment must clear and both sides of your display advertising contract must be received signed and initialed, by March 1st, 2010, or your ad will not be included!
